We are here for all patients who treat us with respect and present general medical concerns:
- from the age of 18, in individual cases also younger
- female, male, diverse
- German-speaking, and to a limited extent also Russian- or English-speaking
Treatment concepts in the countries of origin of foreign patients do not always align with the guidelines applicable in Germany and are therefore not always reimbursable for those with statutory health insurance.
Patients are not entitled to communicate with our practice in their non-German native language. Please use a translation program for emails and letters to us. If you cannot present your medical concern yourself in German, please bring an interpreter or another person with sufficient German language skills.

We treat what is necessary, which your health insurance pays for, and do not fulfil all wishes.
If this is not enough for you, you can arrange examinations and treatments at your own expense.
